Terms of Delivery and Payment

All deliveries are made based on the following terms of delivery and payment.
We reserve the right to amend the listed prices. Changes in colour, packaging and design of products referring to our catalogue are subject to alteration. Misprints and obvious mistakes in price lists, quotations, order confirmations, delivery notes or invoices do not entitle the receiver to claim.

Delivery:

A delivery contract becomes effective as soon as we acknowledge the order in writing or indicate that the order was accepted by supplying the goods. When goods are supplied to foreign countries, the additional, specific delivery and payment terms are those stated on the quotation or the order confirmation.

Within Germany, invoice amounts over €100,00 will be delivered free of charge, with the exception of bulk freight, i.e. blinds, A-frame, jumps, crates and pallet-packed goods. Invoice amounts under € 100,00 with postage or freight and packing costs. Order under the invoice amount of € 20,00 will be charged an additional € 5,00 handling fee. All deliveries to foreign countries are made ex works; all prices are quoted ex works.

Despatch:

Despatch is at the expense and the risk of the receiver. There are no exceptions to this regulation. Unless specifically required in writing, delivery will be made according to our best judgement and without guarantee of using the most economical transportation.

The delivery deadlines we specify shall not be binding for us. Acts of God entitle us to be released from delivery obligations either entirely or in part. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries. Each partial delivery is considered a separate delivery.

Prices:

All prices are tax included prices in € (EUROS) with the current German sales tax of 19% (MwSt 1 in the list) or 7% (MwSt 2 in the list). All prices are quoted in EUROS so that there is no possible loss due to currency conversion when the payment is received. Bank charges are chargeable to the buyer. Prices are subject to change. After this price list has been released, all former price lists become invalid.

Payment:

Deliveries to foreign countries will be made on a pre-paid basis only. Payments may be made by a confirmed bank transfer to the bank listed on the quotation or by credit card. We accept VISA and Mastercard.

Deduction from invoices without credit note is not acceptable.
